At Mia Maples Market, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with all original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return package is received at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After a quick quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your exchange order will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
